H1N1 Swine Flu

  Are you concerned the  H1N1 / swine flu is going to affect your vacation plans?

 Center for Disease control has information, in fact, a whole link devoted to information.

They also have a link to the World Health Organization. contact the CDC at http://cdc.gov  

 CDC has a toll free number. 1800 232-4636        

Check with your cruise line or travel agent if you have specific questions about your trip.   

Follow safe precautions:

  • cover your mouth, when you cough or sneeze, with your elbow
  • dispose of the tissue used with coughing or sneezing
  • wash your hands often with good old soap and water
  • wipe off public places with your antiseptic wipes
  • include the remotes, phones, light switches, keyboards, handles and knobs in offices and hotel rooms.
  • it is APPRECIATED if you stay home if you are not feeling well.
